Livia Dubon

Livia Dubon is a Florence based independent curator and researcher. Her recent research focuses on the relationship between concepts of national identity, collective memory, and representation. Her practice interweaves participatory curating and educational research.

Livia holds an MA in Art History (University of Parma, Italy), an MA in Museums and Gallery Studies (University of Newcastle, UK) and is currently a PhD candidate at Kingston University, London, Techné scholarship awarded. Exhibitions she has curated are: “Negotiating Amnesia” (Murate MAD, Florence 28 Nov – 09 Dec 2015) and “Truly False” (Casa degli Artisti, Milan 17 Nov- 12 Dec 2021).
